Site Chronicle was created by a construction commercial and claims specialist supporting subcontractors across UK infrastructure and civil-engineering projects.
The platform was built from direct experience of seeing completed work, legitimate change and substantial site disruption become difficult to recover because the records created at the time were incomplete, inconsistent or commercially unusable.

Site Chronicle is not a general project-management system.
It is designed around the evidence contractors need to record:
- what work was completed;
- where and when it happened;
- who and what plant were affected;
- what caused delay or disruption;
- what instructions were received;
- what additional cost or time resulted;
- what evidence supports the account.
The objective
Help contractors create better evidence while the facts are still fresh.
