Find out what your current site records are failing to prove
Send us a small sample of your existing records. We’ll identify the gaps that could weaken your position when labour, plant, delay, change or payment becomes disputed.
Who it’s for
UK construction subcontractors (civils, drainage, groundworks, utilities, infrastructure) whose teams do the work but whose paperwork struggles to prove it.
What we review
- 3–5 recent site diaries
- A selection of photographs
- Labour and plant records
- Delay records
- Instruction or change records
What you receive
- an overall evidence-quality score;
- the main commercial weaknesses;
- the records most likely to be challenged;
- immediate corrective actions;
- recommendations for improving future records.
Scope, confidentiality & timescale
- This is a limited diagnostic of the sample you provide, not free claims consultancy or a full legal review, and it doesn’t create an advisory relationship.
- Your records are treated as confidential, used only for the review, and deleted within 30 days of the review being delivered unless you authorise continued retention. We’ll send secure submission instructions after your request is reviewed. Don’t attach anything confidential to the form.
- We normally respond within one working day, and the review is typically delivered within one week of receiving the agreed sample.
What your Health Check will identify

42/100
- Affected labour and plant are not consistently linked to delay events.
- Photographs lack locations, context or meaningful captions.

- Daily records describe activity but not cause, effect or commercial impact.
- Standing time cannot be reliably valued from the available records.
Priority actions
- 1Record affected labour and plant against each delay event.
- 2Confirm verbal instructions on the same day.
- 3Add location and commercial context to every relevant photograph.
- 4Separate base-scope activity from additional work.
- 5Record cause, effect and duration for every material delay.
